Ingredients :
2 cups corn flakes
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
4 tbsp wheat bran
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp raisins (kismis)
Method :
Combine the oats and wheat bran in a broad non-stick pan and lightly roast over a slow flame for 5 minutes.
Cool completely, add the cornflakes, vanilla essence and raisins and mix well.
Store in an air-tight container. Use as required.
