Mango Smoothie

Ingredients :

3/4 cup low-fat milk
2 cups frozen vanilla flavored curds (dahi) , slightly softened
1 medium mango , peeled and roughly chopped
16 low-fat wafer biscuits , broken into pieces

Method :

Combine milk, yogurt and mango in mixer and blend until smooth.Add wafers and blend just until wafers are finely chopped, using pulsing action, (shake will not be smooth).Pour evenly into 4 tall glasses.
Serve immediately.

Handy tip:
Can also be made using regular wafer biscuts and vanilla ice-cream.
