Ingredients :
1 cup fresh green peas
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped potatoes
1/4 cup milk
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
Method :
Combine the green peas, onion, potatoes and 1 cup of hot water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 6 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Allow the mixture to cool completely and blend in a mixer till smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a deep non-stick pan, add the milk, salt, pepper and ½ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
