Ingredients :

12 slices of bread
1 tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 onion, sliced
butter
50 gms shredded cabbage
2 tsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper powder to taste

Method :

Take a pan put butter and maidaAdd milk to it and the cabbageMix well and let it boil till the paste becomes a little thick add pepper and saltToast 3 slices of breadButter themOn one slice put the cabbage pastePut second slice on topPut the 2 slices of onion cucumber and tomato each and sprinkle salt and pepperCover with third slice cut diagonallyServe it with potato wafers
