Ingredients :

For The Red Smoothie
1/2 cup chopped plums
1/2 cup chopped cherries
2 tbsp sugar

For The Green Smoothie
1/2 cup green chopped kiwi
1/2 cup chopped green apple
pinch green food colour
2 tbsp sugar

For The Orange Smoothie
1/2 cup chopped gold kiwi
1/2 cup chopped mangoes
1 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp sugar

For the red smoothie
For the red smoothieCombine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and keep aside.
For the green smoothie
For the green smoothieCombine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
For the orange smoothie
For the orange smoothieCombine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
How to serve
How to serveIn a serving glass first put the green smoothie level it and don't disturb the smoothie.Top with the orange smoothie and level it and don't disturb this too.Lastly, put the third layer of red smoothie and level it.The three colours of the traffic light are clearly visible.Serve chilled.
