Tea Toast

Servings :Makes 6 to 7 servings

Ingredients :

15 brown bread 1 to 2\" strips
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbsp freshly crushed mint leaves (phudina)
2 tsp freshly crushed ginger (adrak)

Method :

Pre heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius or heat tava. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except bread. Take bread strips and lightly spread the mixture on the top of the bread and roast it until crisp and golden with the help of oven or tava. Garnish it with coconut and serve it fresh with fresh warm green tea.
