Sweet Lime Squash

Servings :Makes 2 bottles

Ingredients :

500 ml sweet lime (mosambi) juice
1 kg sugar
500 ml water
1 tsp sodium benzoate

Method :

Take a deep pan and put water in it,when water becomes hot add sugar and stir continuously till sugar melts.Then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Keep aside.After sometime when it becomes warm add sweet lime juice and sodium benzoate and mix well.You can avoid preservative and keep in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 weeks.
