Ingredients :
1/2 cup broken wheat (dalia)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/2 cup roasted and chopped cashewnuts
2 tbsp raisins (kismis)
1/4 cup fresh cream
2 tsp ghee
For Garnishing
a few saffron (kesar) strands
2 tbsp blanched and sliced almonds
Method :
Heat ghee in a pan, add the broken wheat and roast it for a while.Add all other ingredients, mix well and remove from the flame.Serve hot.
