Ingredients :
1 cup of hung curds (chakka dahi)
2 tsp honey
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp grated cabbage
1 lettuce leaf
2 slices of brown bread
1/2 tsp mustard (rai/ sarson) sauce
1/4 tsp salt
Method :
In a bowl mix 2 tbsp hung curd ,1 tsp honey, a few drops of olive oil,1/4 tsp salt and half tsp mustard sauce and then mix well.Into mixture mix the carrot and cabbage nicely and mix well.Spread the mixture on a brown bread and put the lettuce leaf on top of it.Put a little more of the mixture in the second piece of brown breadFinally sandwich both the pieces of bread together.
