Oats Apple Almond Milk Healthy Smoothie

Servings :Makes 2 glasses

Ingredients :

1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup roughly chopped apple
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup curd (dahi)
1/4 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
7 ice-cubes
1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer.
Blend till smooth.
Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
