ginger (adrak) paste
salt to taste
a pinch asafoetida (hing)
Method :
Soak the moongdal for 3-4 hoursThen grind it in mixture,not smooth but like dalwadaAdd chillie and ginger pasteAdd salt and hingPut a glass of water in tapeli and let it boilThen on the back side of plate spread like pudlaAnd keep the plate such that pudla faces the waterJust keep for 2-3 minutes and it is ready
