200 gms rice flour (chawal ka atta)
150 gms bajra (black millet) flour
2 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
1 cup mixed sprouts
1/2 cup any other pulse (soaked overnight)
ginger-green chilli paste
garam masala
salt to taste
Method :
Prepare the sprouts by soaking it overnight.Make a batter of all the flours and add sprouts and presoaked pulse to it.Add the masalas.Heat a non-stick pan and make pancakes out of it.
