Ingredients :
1 cup chopped bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tsp chopped basil
1/4 cup chopped coconut cream
coconut water as required
Method :
Blend the bottle gourd in a mixer to a smooth juice.Add the coconut water to adjust the consistency.Add the salt and basil and mix well.Add the chopped coconut cream and mix well.Serve chilled.
