Jowar Pyaz Ki Roti

Ingredients :

For Jowar Pyaz ki Roti
1 cup jowar (white millet) flour
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onion whites and greens
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp peanut oil or oil
salt to taste
jowar (white millet) flour for rolling
2 tsp peanut oil or oil for cooking

For Serving With Jowar Pyaz ki Roti
low fat curds (dahi)

Method :

For jowar pyaz ki rotiTo make jowar pyaz ki roti, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using approximately ½ cup of hot water.Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a 150 mm. (6\") diameter thick circle using a little jowar flour for rolling.Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti, using ½ tsp of oil, till brown spots appear on both the sides.Serve jowar pyaz ki roti immediately with low fat curd.
