Iron Rich Drink

Ingredients :

1 medium sized tomato , cut into 4
2 tbsp peeled and diced carrot
2 tbsp peeled and diced bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
2 tbsp finely chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp sugar
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

Method :

Blend and strain tomatoes, carrot and bottle gourd with little water to make a juice.Add the salt pepper, lemon juice, cumin seeds powder and sugar and mix well.Add finely chopped spinach leaves.Serve immediately.
