Ingredients :
1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
2 tbsp green peas
2 tbsp sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped onions
salt to taste
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup curds (dahi)
3 tbsp water
1 tsp oil or butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
oil for greasing
Method :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Place the parchment paper in baking pan, and grease the baking tray with oil/cooking spray.In a bowl, add dry ingredients and mix well, and then add the wet ingredients and mix well.Pour the mixture into baking tray and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 Degre F for 35-40 minutes or until cooked well.Serve hot.
