Corn Sandwich

Ingredients :

3 corn cobs
10 bread slices
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tbsp fresh cream
mustard (rai / sarson) powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 tsp M.S.G
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 cheese cubes
1 tbsp butter
finely chopped spring onions
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

Method :

Pressure cook corn cobs.Remove the seeds from the cooked cobs.In a pan heat little oil and add cumin seeds, chillies and onion and fry for few minutes.Add spring onion, cooked corn cobs,aji-no-moto and stir for few minutes.Add salt,pepper powder,mint leaves,mustard powder and cream.Mix well and remove from fire.Pile the above corn mixture on top of the buttered bread slice.Now sprinkle little grated cheese and grill till cheese turns its colour.
