Banana Apple Smoothie

Servings :Makes 4 small glasses (4 small glass )

Ingredients :

1 cup roughly chopped bananas
1 cup chilled and roughly chopped apples (unpeeled)
1 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi)
10 ice-cubes
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

Method :

Combine all the ingredients and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 4 individual glasses.Serve immediately.
