Ingredients :
18 to 20 apricots , soakedand chopped
4 medium sized peaches , deseeded and chopped
4 medium sizedapples , peeled and cored
4 cups chilled apple juice
4 tbsp chilled curds (dahi)
4 medium sized banana , chopped
2 cups chilled soya milk or milk
4 tbsp powdered sugar
Method :
Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.Pour equal quantities of smoothie into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
