Spring Onion and Curd Dip

Ingredients

1 cup curds (dahi)
4 spring onions , chopped
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) , chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 green chilli , chopped
salt to taste

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till it is smooth.
Refrigerate till required.
Serve chilled with vegetable crudites or any barbequed dish of your choice.
