Ingredients :
1 1/4 cups cooked fusilli
1/4 cup blanched , peeled and chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts (akhrot)
2 tbsp finely chopped black olives
1 processed cheese cube , cut into 6 pieces
To Be Mixed Together Into A Basil Vinaigrette
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and to taste
Method :
Combine the fusilli, tomatoes, walnuts, olives, prepared basil vinaigrette and salt and toss well.
Add the cheese cubes and mix lightly.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
