Kulfi

Total Time: 15 mins
Servings: Makes 6 to 8 kulfis

Ingredients

1/2 cup powdered unsalted pistachios
1/4 tsp saffron (kesar) strands (optional)
200 ml condensed milk

Method

Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.Transfer the mixture into kulfi moulds and place them in the freezer to set.De mould and serve chilled.
