Healthy Tiffin Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cup tomatoes julienne
1/4 cup cucumber julienne
1/2 pomegranate (anar)
2-5 mint
4-5 green olives
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tbsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1/4 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tbsp salt
chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing

Method

Take a bowlCombine the tomatoes, cucumber, green olives, pomegranate and mint and mix well.Add salt, cumin seeds powder,pepper,lemon juice, mix well.Sprinkle coriander and serve.
