250 gms yam (suran), boiled
1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
6 to 7 bread slices (soaked in Water and squeeze it)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
hanful of chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
2 to 3 green chillies, finely chopped
a pinch of red colour
oil for frying
one Seekh.

Method:Mash potatoes and yani(suran).Mix all the ingredients.Mix it well.Take a little mixture on your palm and apply a little oilOn the seekh and press it the mixture on it.Take out the oblongated kabab and deep fry in hot oil on high fire.Serve hot.
