Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup roughly chopped onions
- 1 cup roughly chopped potatoes
- 1/4 cup grated processed cheese
- 1 cup white sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- salt and freshly ground black peppercorns (kalimirch) to taste
- Combine the cauliflower, onions, potatoes and 3 ½ cups of water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
- Allow it to cool completely and blend in a mixer to a smooth mixture.
- Transfer to a deep pan, add the cheese, white sauce, fresh cream, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
