No Fuss Brownies

Preparation Time : 5 mins.
Cooking Time: 7 mins.
Makes 1 cake.
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup (90 grams) chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (80 grams) mixed nuts
  • butter for greasing
For the garnish
  • almond (badam) slivers
  • whipped cream mixed with chocolate sauce
Method
  1. Grease a 150 mm. x 150 mm. (6" x 6") square cake tin.
  2. Combine the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt over a double boiler till it becomes a smooth sauce.
  3. Remove from the fire, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into the greased tin and refrigerate till set.
  5. Cut into wedges.
  6. Garnish with slivered almonds and pipe out swirls of the cream and chocolate sauce mixture.
  7. Serve chilled.
