Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed roasted peanuts
- 1 1/2 cups cucumber cubes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- a pinch sugar
- rock salt (sendha namak) to taste
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the sesame seeds and cumin seeds.
- When they crackle, add the peanuts and rock salt and sauté on a medium flame for a minute.
- Add the cucumber and coriander and mix well.
- Just before serving add the lemon juice, sugar and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
