Easy Aloo Chakli

Preparation Time: approx.5 mintues
Cooking Time: approx.15 mits.
Ingredients
  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
  • 1 tbsp dried mango powder (amchur) ( pomogranate (anar))
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • salt according to taste
  • oil for tadka (baghaar)
  • coriander (dhania) to garnish
Method
  1. Remove the skin of potatoes and cut in round shape
  2. Heat oil in pan and put mustard seeds.
  3. When seeds splutter add haldii,amchoor powder and salt.then potatoes.
  4. Cook coverded and till done.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.
