Ingredients
- 4 medium sized potatoes
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 1 tbsp dried mango powder (amchur) ( pomogranate (anar))
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- salt according to taste
- oil for tadka (baghaar)
- coriander (dhania) to garnish
- Remove the skin of potatoes and cut in round shape
- Heat oil in pan and put mustard seeds.
- When seeds splutter add haldii,amchoor powder and salt.then potatoes.
- Cook coverded and till done.
- Garnish with cilantro.
