Ingredients
- Grated cucumber : 1 Cup
- Grated coconut : 1/2 Cup
- Curd : 1 Cup
- Mustard seeds : 1 Spoon
- Green chillies : 1 or 2 Nos
- Salt
- Mustard seeds : 1/2 spoon
- Byadagi Chilli : 1 No
- curry leaves
- Cooking oil : 1 Spoon
- Grind grated coconut,green chillies & mustard seeds till smooth paste.
- Mix grinded coconut mustard paste with curd & grated cucumber.
- Add salt.
- In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, while seeds spluttering add curry leaves & byadagi chilli.
- Add the seasoning & serve with rice.
