Chicken Tangri Malai Kebab

Ingredients
  • 500 gms chicken
  • 1 bowl of cream
  • ½ bowl mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp thick yogurt
  • 1 ½ tsp pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 ½ tsp corn flour
  • ½ tsp nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp elaichi powder (cardamom powder)
  • 3 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • 1 tsp butter
Method
  1. Lightly make slits on the chicken pieces with a knife to ensure that the marinade seeps in.
  2. Mix salt, pepper powder, juice of half lime, coriander leaves and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl.Rub it well on the chicken pieces and keep this aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the marinade in a bowl. To do this, add cheese, thick yogurt, cream, salt, pepper, cornflour, nutmeg powder, green elaichi powder, coriander and butter. Mix well.
  4. Evenly spread the cream-and-cheese marinade on the chicken pieces and let them refrigerate for two to three hours.
  5. Cover a grilling tray with silver foil. Place the chicken pieces on this and grill for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
