Lightly make slits on the chicken pieces with a knife to ensure that the marinade seeps in.
Mix salt, pepper powder, juice of half lime, coriander leaves and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl.Rub it well on the chicken pieces and keep this aside for 20 minutes.
Prepare the marinade in a bowl. To do this, add cheese, thick yogurt, cream, salt, pepper, cornflour, nutmeg powder, green elaichi powder, coriander and butter. Mix well.
Evenly spread the cream-and-cheese marinade on the chicken pieces and let them refrigerate for two to three hours.
Cover a grilling tray with silver foil. Place the chicken pieces on this and grill for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 degree Celsius.
