- sliced smoked marlin fish 1 cup
- Spring onion greens,chopped 2-3 stalks
- Raw mango peeled and sliced into thin fingers 1/2
- Tomato seeded and sliced into thin fingers 1 medium
- Onion ,sliced 1 medium
- Passion fruit ,Fresh 3 teaspoons
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Lemon slices 2-3 to decorate
- Mix together smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.
- Add passion fruit, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well.
- Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
