Smoked Fish Salad

Ingredients
  • sliced smoked marlin fish 1 cup
  • Spring onion greens,chopped 2-3 stalks
  • Raw mango peeled and sliced into thin fingers 1/2
  • Tomato seeded and sliced into thin fingers 1 medium
  • Onion ,sliced 1 medium
  • Passion fruit ,Fresh 3 teaspoons
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Lemon slices 2-3 to decorate
Method
  1. Mix together smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.
  2. Add passion fruit, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well.
  3. Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
