- two-feet trunk of palm tree 1
- Onion 1 large
- Tomato 1 large
- Lemon 1
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Spring onion greens,finely chopped 2 tablespoons
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Peel the outer two layers of the trunk to get to the palm heart.
- Finely slice the onion and put into a bowl. Finely slice the tomato and put into the bowl.
- Halve the palm heart vertically and slice them finely and put into the bowl.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the bowl.
- Add salt and pepper powder.
- Add spring onion greens and oil and mix.
- Serve immediately.
