Minty Raw Mango Fizz

Ingredients
  • Fresh mint leaves,torn 40-50
  • Raw mango crush 8 tablespoons
  • Soda 2 cups
  • Lemons cut into thick slices and seeded 4
  • Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste
  • Crushed ice as required
Method
  1. Combine some of the mint leaves, some of the lemon slices, two tablespoons of raw mango crush and rock salt in a thick bottomed small glass.
  2. Crush the mint leaves and lemon slices with the help of a muddler or rolling pin.
  3. Add some crushed ice and top it up with some soda.
  4. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining glasses.
  5. Stir lightly and serve immediately.
