- Fresh mint leaves,torn 40-50
- Raw mango crush 8 tablespoons
- Soda 2 cups
- Lemons cut into thick slices and seeded 4
- Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste
- Crushed ice as required
- Combine some of the mint leaves, some of the lemon slices, two tablespoons of raw mango crush and rock salt in a thick bottomed small glass.
- Crush the mint leaves and lemon slices with the help of a muddler or rolling pin.
- Add some crushed ice and top it up with some soda.
- Repeat the same procedure for the remaining glasses.
- Stir lightly and serve immediately.
