Lahsun Ke Patte Ke Cheele

Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Makes 2 to 3 servings
Ingredients
  • 3 cups soaked rice (chawal)
  • 500 gms garlic (lehsun) leaves
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • salt to taste
Method
  1. Blend the rice in a mixer till smooth. Keep aside.
  2. Blend the garlic leaves in a blender till smooth and keep aside.
  3. Combine the rice and garlic leaves mixture, mix well and keep them aside to 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Add the chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Heat a pan, sprinkle some oil and spread a spoonful of batter and spread to make round chilla.
  6. Cook using oil from both the sides.
  7. Serve hot.
