Kiwi Panna

Ingredients
  • Kiwi,Roasted and peeled 6
  • Fresh coriander leaves,finely chopped 1 cup
  • Mint leaves,finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1/2 inch
  • Black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Black salt (kala namak) 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Method

  1. Chop kiwis into small pieces and put them into a mixer jar. 
  2. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, black salt, sugar, salt, lemon juice and 3 cups water and grind into a puree. 
  3. Pour the panna in to 4 tall glasses and serve.
