Ingredients
- 8 bread slices
- 1 large tomato , thinly sliced
- 1 cup green peas , boiled and crushed
- 1 tbsp celery (ajmoda) , finely chopped
- 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cheese spread
- salt to taste
- Toast the bread slices.
- Arragne the tomato slices on a toasted bread slice.
- Top with the filling and cover with another slice of toasted bread to make a sandwich.
- Repeat with remaining bread slices, tomato slices and the filling to make three more sandwiches.
- Serve hot.
