- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 cup deseeded and finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- 2 green chillies , finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or oil
- 1/2 cup grated cooking cheese or mozzarella cheese
- Heat a non-stick pan, add a little olive oil and place a chapati on it.
- Spoon ¼ of the filling mixture on top of the chapati and sprinkle with some grated cheese.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook over a very slow flame till the chapati is crisp and the cheese has melted.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more pizzas.
- Serve hot.
