Coconut Cooler

Ingredients
  • Coconut water 2 1/2 cups
  • Coconut cream 50 grams
  • Lemon 1
  • Mint a few sprigs
  • Green chillies 2
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Black salt (kala namak) 1 teaspoon
  • Khus syrup 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes as required
Method
  1. Finely chop the coconut cream and place them into individual shot glasses. 
  2. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cut the lemon into wedges and slit green chillies. 
  4. Combine lemon wedges, mint sprigs, green chillies, ginger, black salt and muddle the ingredients with a muddler.
  5. Add khus syrup and coconut water. Mix well. 
  6. Add ice cubes and mix well. Strain the drink into prepared glasses and serve immediately.
