- Coconut water 2 1/2 cups
- Coconut cream 50 grams
- Lemon 1
- Mint a few sprigs
- Green chillies 2
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Black salt (kala namak) 1 teaspoon
- Khus syrup 2 tablespoons
- Ice cubes as required
- Finely chop the coconut cream and place them into individual shot glasses.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut the lemon into wedges and slit green chillies.
- Combine lemon wedges, mint sprigs, green chillies, ginger, black salt and muddle the ingredients with a muddler.
- Add khus syrup and coconut water. Mix well.
- Add ice cubes and mix well. Strain the drink into prepared glasses and serve immediately.
