- chocolate nibs 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder 1/2 tablespoon
- Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt 1/4 cup
- Almond milk 3 cups
- Bananas,peeled 2
- Flax seeds,+ for decorating 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Honey,+ for decorating 2 tablespoons
- Cut bananas into roundels and place in a blender jar.
- Add chocolate nibs, flax seeds, peanut butter, cocoa powder, 2 tbsps honey, yogurt and almond milk and blend till smooth.
- Cover the rim of 4 individual glasses with honey and stick flax seeds onto the rims.
- Pour the smoothie into each glass and serve chilled.
