Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
  • Apple,peeled and chopped 2 medium
  • Yogurt chilled 1 cup
  • Strawberry crush 5 tablespoons
  • Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
  • Crushed ice as required
Method
  1. Place apples, yogurt, strawberry crush, vanilla ice-cream in a blender jar and blend till smooth and frothy. Pour the smoothie into individual glasses.
  2. Serve immediately topped with crushed ice.
